They were so amazing with my daughter! she was nervous coming into this appointment (and so was i) since it was her first time doing dental work and they allowed her to have her blanket, and they treated her with such care and kindness. The dentist was amazing and was constantly praising her on how amazing she was doing throughout the entire procedure. the dental hygienist assisting was equally as amazing in helping my daughter be comfortable. they were super quick and thorough with their work as well which made the entire process run smoothly. So thankful for them!!

This visit was for my 7 year old grandson who has a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD the front desk staff were very nice and polite the dental assistant was very professional and patient with my grandson the atmosphere was peaceful and calm. The dentist was polite and had very good communication skills especially with kids this place is extremely nice and clean. No complaints from me or my grandson or his granddad. Thanks soo much!!

Would not recommend. We agreed to braces for my daughter based on the relationship with White Dentistry (which sold to Lume). While the staff is friendly, I was disappointed by the service. I paid more for a package that offered flexible appointments, only to receive constant pushback on afternoon appointments. My daughter had two concerning issues during her 18 months of braces and both times I contacted the urgent lines provided, and there was never a response. I left multiple messages. Despite following the rules of braces, brackets inevitably pop off or wires malfunction. The orthodontist is in the office once a month (two days back to back) and while the in-house dentist can put a band-aid on the braces issues, they're unable to fix it...delaying progress. This happened 8 times and sometimes we had to wait 3 weeks before the orthodontist would be in to really fix the issue. (She wore braces for 22 months (originally estimated 18 mos.) and I can only assume the delays extended wear by 4 months.) While the staff is kind (which is the only reason for 3 stars), the business structure isn't working. I wouldn't recommend their orthodontist care, and we've also switched from their

We had such a great experience today at Lume Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Wilmington! The office was super clean, and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Carrie at the front desk was so sweet and respectful, she made us feel comfortable right away. Dr. Rob was amazing, so energetic, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable. He was especially wonderful with my one-year-old, which made the visit so much easier and stress-free as a mom. I’m really happy we chose this place and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and positive dental experience for their little ones!

Dr. Hayes at the Wilmington location was absolutely wonderful! She was informative, encouraging, and reassuring. She took the time to listen and make sure any questions I had were answered. It was my toddler’s first dentist appointment today, and the staff did everything they could to make his first appointment as quick and easy as possible.
